The Trip Home, in Photos!

LilZoot on my Dad’s VERY old and VERY non-working motorcycle. He loves playing on that thing, who wouldnt?

LilZ playing on the SAME swingset I played on as a child. He calls it “Papa Park”. Heh.

My dad and LilZ in a crawlspace/storage/basement type area under our porch. LilZ is reading some mystery books right now, so I told him this was a “secret passageway”. Yeah. Not so much. Just storage, but still…

It was a great trip – never long enough. Glad to be back home though because tonight? We DECORATE!! Finally time for Christmas!

  1. Wow! The pics are great! My mom’s poodle, Puppy Nash, says the exact same thing to her….get these nuts out of my space — NOW!!!!
Glad you’re back safe and sound.

  2. I’m so glad you had a good trip, and welcome home 🙂 I love to visit places, and then I love coming home from them too 🙂

  3. We decorated on Thanksgiving and I’m so loving the ambience. It’s so great. And these pics are great too. LilZ is starting to look so grown up!!!

  4. So much fun! I’m glad that you made it home safely, girl. I know that you must be exhausted, but I’m starting to go through Zoot withdrawl! SO – Holla!

  5. Looks like you had a great time. And I have to complement you all on the family tee–I have the same one in size gigamundo to sleep in. =)

  6. It’s more humor than “mystery” but Harriet the Spy? Rocks. Also books by Gordon Korman, especially the earlier ones, in my opinion. Read on, MacDuff!

  7. Miss Zoot, would it be sick and wrong in saying that your Dad is kinda cute? I’d also like to mention – very quickly and to redeem myself! – that your Mom’s blog is phat fine. What a fabu family, I love the Zoots.

  8. You have the cutest husband and son, EVER (okay, mine are the cutest but you guys totally rank right up there with them!)

Sorry you’re under the weather. Know what I do for red, raw nose syndrome? I have a tube of chapstick that I use exclusively for my nose. I buy a plain, unflavored kind so I don’t get it mixed up with my REAL chapstick!
