Wednesday: Boot Camp + 6 miles, easy on Indian Creek Greenway
Thursday: Boot Camp
Friday: NOT A DAMN THING
Saturday: 20 miles on the marathon course. First 4 miles at a 10:00 pace with Linda
Sunday: 10 miles on the Indian Creek Greenway at a 10:15 pace. Felt GREAT, which is good after a 20 mile run the day before.
